Just bought mine last month. Weight wise about as close to a brain bucket as you can get and still be DOT. I like mine.

I had one, it would NOT hold still above 70 with an 8" shield..It was beter with the visor off but then it looked funny.
I replace it with a cheap DOT from Cycle Gear and sold the Hybrid. It was great with the winter shield or 55 and below.

I have the American Flag Hybrid half helmet from HD and absolutely love it! It is by the far the best fitting, most comfortable, and lightest helmet I have ever owned. Well worth the money.

I got mine when they first came out, it seems like 3 yrs. I like mine. I use the shield. I've been in all types of weather, rain & snow with temps down to 20 degrees. When it's real cold I wear a ski type face mask & that works great. Like someone else mentioned it's as light as the "NON DOT" bennies.

Just bought one last fall and really like it. Very light and comfortable. The only draw back is it doesn't have a zip in-zip out curtain for when it gets cold. Then I do the same as 103 sedona orange, use a micro fiber ski type mask. It actually keeps me warmer than the curtain did. My wife has had hers for about 3 years and would buy it again.

I bought two of the Hybrids when purchased the Road King.

I like it a lot. It is very lightweight and comfortable.

The one I bought for the wife even has a pony tail cut out in the liner. She really liked that feature because if she is ridin', the hair will be in a pony tail.

No cons I can think of. We both really like them.
