you lost the ground if you took it loose from the bracket. You'll be able to fix this if you run a ground wire from the frame to the outer connector where the antenna joins the co-ax cable.

 

That must be why I lost some reception also. I'll have to do that.

 

Put headlight and taillight visors on also added saddle heat shields

Took a ride with my girl to try out the tallboy handle bars. It was awesome and so much better than stock,k ride was much more relaxed.

Got dark and got to an intersection waiting for the light to turn and asked her, go home or keep going, she said keep going. Found some roads where there were no cars, listened to the pipes and that's all we heard, at night. My favorite time. 75 miles. Fell in love with the bike again and my girl again.

 

Installed a gently used PM air cleaner.

 

I just finished installing this 6.25 inch rear speakers to my bike. Ready to jam and ride!!!

 

I washed it, Rode it. Then explained to it that it would be around a little longer because HD layed and egg and did not release a new RGU today

 

Well it wasn't "today" but this week I installed my V-Twin Goodies Floorboard Extensions and mounted my Garmin Zumo 665 to my inner fairing. Making preparations for my cross country (Wa-NH) trip.

 

Picked up a set set of like new vented lowers today, so I installed those and did a three hole fluid change. It's gonna rain all night here so I might just go wash it, in the rain.
