Installed WO578, Namz wire extensions with Barnett clutch cable and Goodrich Brake lines. Removed Batwing mirrors and put some handlebar mirrors. Would recommend to anyone. All quality parts.

Made saddlebag inserts for the cop bike.

Started out as a 1' foot square piece of 0.25" thick Black UHMW Black Plastic


Cut them down into smaller rectangles


Cut a template and marked holes


Shaped plastic and drilled holes


Hardware... using flush washers so as not to snag anything that goes into the saddlebag


Mount and done ... almost done, I have some black flat head screws on order to replace the silver ones, hopefully they will not be as noticeable.

Just popped off my Garmin Zumo 550 and popped on the 590LM using the Kradellock.

Can't wire worth crap so will bring that part in to HD.

Rode it down the drive way into my painter's trailer. Last trip as a denim black street glide.

Going with a HOK Metallic Emerald Green, Chrysler Brilliant Black Pearl, and a HOK Silver to break up the two main colors.

And so the long wait begins....

 

I have done Absolutely Nothing for Six Weeks on th bike. Major Surgery and Bad Weather! Ugh...

 

41 degrees and dry roads--I Road her BY GOD!

 

46 degrees and wet roads---I road her again--washed her, wiped her down, put her away and kissed her good nite. So far this winter has not been too bad

Ordered more parts for it. It's about time to go on the jack for the winter. I'm hoping to at least break 100 miles on it before then.

 

Added 12" mini-apes, HD Willie G mirrors, a Long Ride Shields 9" windshield. Gonna remove the factory fairing mirrors over the holiday, maybe add foam behind the speakers while I have the fairing off. Oh, yeah, and move the damned cup holder down...Life is good!
