Finished buttoning it all back up after dropping the front 1" and putting on the chrome lowers I've had for a year. Shake down ride OK.
This weekend, need to bend the kickstand - sitting up too straight now.

its been amonth and a day or two since my last ride. I sat on the bike in the garage for about anhour reminiscing about summer past and thinking about the ridin season to come. Its what helps me get through these long WI winters.

Just got done installing windshield trim running lights with turn signals on my 2009 Electra Glide (FLHTCU). They have bright white running lights all the time and when flip on the signal the 2 on whatever side your turning go to bright yellow and blink with the existing turning signal. HUGE visibility upgrade and extremely easy to install.

Ordered a pair of Ohlins #2-2B shocks from Howard at Motorcycle Metal. Very pleasant to deal with and an awesome price. Also ordered a new T-Bag windshield pouch from Eastern Performance.

Mounted my caliper mounted fog lights (still have to wire them), installed a cigarette lighter (damn government anyway made them delete them), mounted my vent screens, installed the latest BOOM update on the infotainment system, installed a set of aux switches to the left side of the fork lock on my '15 SRGU.

Pix will come once I finish all the goodies.

Got my parts back from the powder coaters and got the tank put back together. powder coated the dash wrinkle finish with a killer carbon fiber insert, black ignition switch, flush mount gas gauge and gas cap. I love the contrast of the gloss black and the wrinkle finish.

The lights actually stick onto the fairing itself with the lights going inside the holes in the trim. They dont go directly onto the trim like they show in the installation video. One thing that would have made the whole job 100% easier is if they included a template to drill the holes like they do in the video. And yes they are WAY better looking in person. If someone says thy could not see you then they are legally blind LOL !!

Just added the HD Mirror Chrome Slicer wheels with matching rotors (found on the '015 CVO Touring models). Also switched out the brake calipers to chrome ones, and replaced all my lines with steel braided....... Oh, and replaced that TIN CAN POS front fender skirt... *LOL*..........
