Mocked up DBC's Platinm Kit... All parts went to paint last Tuesday.

Wanted the no cutout look but was worried about performance issues with pipe being so close to bag an fender.

Rode mine today with the wife (first real ride for her in 14 years). Went about 70 miles. That was about all she had in her. Wasn't to bad. Not bad for me not riding with a passenger in 14 yrs. bike rides like a dream.

I find it nerve-wracking when the Mrs. is on. If something happens to me, so be it. If something happened to her and it was my fault or I thought I could have done something else later, it would eat me alive. With that said, the Mrs. is a good sport and enjoys riding.... Just not over-aggressive and floorboard dragging riding.

Picked up a set of new takeoff CVO mufflers. First ride with them today. Love the look of them. Quieter than expected, but had read that here as well. Good low end torque but not as much mid and top range pulling power. Had already planned on putting Fullsac baffles in them. Just had to give them a try first.

Default 112,000 mile service

This weekend I began the process of ridding the Electra Glide of its many oil leaks, replace the rear drive belt and Gonna replace the rear brake pads while I'm at it. Did I mention the extreme degreasing. Engine cleaner don't work as well as I thought it would.

Agitator black ice wheels front and rear. The rear took a while (working solo, first time, no lift table, two frozen bolts in the rotor).

Along with the HD street stalker fender, made huge difference! Old ones for sale with Dunlop American Elites with only 2800 miles on tires for sale.

I bought a set in the Touring Parts section and should get them this coming week. What head pipe are you running? If stock do you have the cat?

Thanks
