Is it possible to put a 98 inner fairing on my 93 electra glide, any help would be appreciated

 

You'd need to swap both inner and outer, You'd need a speedo that is cable drive if you have cruise and want to keep it, the connectors are different. It's not a quick job, there are threads on here that detail the process. The Evo section would be your best bet.
