Your best bet would be the dealer, the HD manuals have proven to be better than the aftermarket ones. They usually cost around $50-$60 and are bike specific for your model

 

Harley Davidson 2005 Touring Service Manual 99483-05 -

TCSTD is right on about the price - You may see one on Ebay for a little less but by the time you factor in shipping it's a wash

You can also try www.surdyke.com - I am sure they have it for close to 47 bucks plus shipping and you might save the tax

 

Head to South Texas and hang near the border. Manuel will come by shortly.

 

I have the 2004 Ultra Classic and here is the part number for 2004 Touring bikes. They differ from year to year and model to model. I shopped around and just bought it at the dealer when I picked up my bike. Saving a few bucks on an aftermarket manual is not a big deal when you get the factory instructions in the H-D manual. I looked into this too and went with the HD manual. It was ~$65.00 bucks but it has been worth every penny

 

I found my manual on Ebay for $20.00. I also found the suppliment fot the Screamin Eagle and a parts book. Total price $50.00. I love Ebay.
