These look like 14"s also. I am suprised no-one here has these on their bike. Maybe the price keeps them away.
Price is deffinaetly the issue. at $350 a pop plus lines at around another $300 and the other stuff that goes with it, plus the labor if your not gonna do it yourself and you looking at over $1,000.
I have been eyeing a set of the 14's or maybe 16's myself. At 6'2" i don't wanna go to short or tall. just want them to be high enough to get my hands in the air, but not to high that they fall asleep and i'm doing the one hand dangle all the time. i think the 18's would be to high for long trips, but damn they look good.
if you check their website they have a bunch of pics of customer rides, but it doesn't tell you what height the bars are. Makes it kinda tough to decide.
also the 1.25"s are 36.5" wide and the 1.5"s are 41" wide. The 1.5"s look great on larger bikes like Kings. but also require the special risers. add another $175 to the bill and your looking at $525 just for the bars and risers.
These are 16" Flyin' Apes on my Road King. I know they aren't the 14" Gangster Apes you were hoping to see, but maybe it will at least give you somewhat of an idea. Hopes this helps brother!
I just ordered a set of 16" gangster Carlini, I was thinking 14" but I want shoulder height. I think 18 may be too high, so I stuck with the 16" Building a california Cholo.
