For about the last 50 miles every time I use the rear brake the bike starts shaking. If I hit them kinda hard the ABS starts and it make a loud bang bang bang noise. Anybody have any ideas what might be wrong? The stealer is about 3 hours away and don't know when I can get it there.

 

I would check the rotor it may have warped. Did you overheat it at all? I had a friend with an 09 had bearing and rotor issues.

 

When I'm almost stopped and only using the rear brake, my bike shudders til it stops. I don't notice the shudder at higher speeds. I also get the bang bang when the ABS activates, mostly when I'm braking moderately hard and I roll over a bump. Still stops good, I don't worry about it. Cecil

 

I was on mine yestarday , I played with back break a lil and seems to be fine. I mostly use my fronts only (only used abs once and i love it)

 

Sounds like a warped rotor to me.
