Default 08 Street Glide not getting power to fuel pump. HELP

I have a 2008 Street Glide that I bought from a bank as a repo. The bike was stripped of the valuable parts and I have recently put it back in order. HOWEVER.... The fuel pump is not getting power. There is no power to the fuse and I have check the relays to make sure they are still good. My buddy came over who is a Master ASE tech and he mentions tht the ECM is not sending a signal to the relay which would then send signal to the pump. Luckly the smart siren has aloud me to turn over the bike. It has spark and compression but just can't get the fuel. Any help would be great.... Thanks.

If you've determined that it's the ECM then it's the ECM. Sounds like your options are to buy a new ECM or try some dielectric grease on the ECM pins to make sure they are making a connection.

Jumper the System Relay and see if the pump starts. If it does, then go backwards towards the ECM. Did you say there is a security system installed?

We checked the relay, relay is good. There is a smart siren on the bike, However, its ont sending any signal or alarms. The bike also turns over and according to my Local dealer, if the bike turns over then the smart siren is not activated. Would unplugging it all together solve anything???

Luckly, I was able to verify thru the grape vine with the previous owner what was done to the bike and all they modified was the upper and the heads which I replaced with Screamin' Eagle 110's. But I can't say I was weary at first....

Is there a sensor that turns off the pump if the bike is laid over?
