Lightbulb Valvoline 20w-50w on Sale

Just stopped by the local Advance auto parts store and they had Valvoline 20w-50w motorcycle oil on sale for $1.99 a qt. I know it's not synthetic just regular dino oil. They also had synthetic on sale all were $2.00 off a quart. So needless to say I had to pick some up. Just thought I would pass this along to help my fellow riders to save a few bucks. Never tried it so I guess we'll see how good it is.

..every once in a while you can save money even if you're using syn by nailing a sale like that and using dino for the next oil change...it aint gonna hurt anything to switch types once in a while...the only diff is a shorter change cycle while runnin the dino...but with syn now we're talking $45.00-$50.00 oil changes do-it-yourself, versus maybe $18.00 using $2.00 dino(4 qt purchase, plus HD oil filter)...hey,every bit helps for some folks short on bucks..thanks for the heads up

Look at it this way, we are kind of screwed, living in paradise gets boring after 30 years, only been here 11 so I still have 19 to go before I start getting bored.

Wont use dino in summer here, sure it will work just paranoid about heat.

I talked to the manager and he said the sale is going on until the end of the month. I bought 8 qts. and saved $16.00. I will be going back before the end of the month to get more.
