Are you able to keep a signal while moving. Had one years ago and could not keep the signal, went to an IPod now.
I rode my bike from central fl through the blue ridge and never had a signal issue with my setup other than when going under thick tree brush, tunnels and bridges.
Hey if my radio says it's sirius ready what do I need to do to get it going ? I added a fairing to my RK and the stereo that came with it has that on it,,,thx

Sirius or XM ready means that the head unit can interface with a Sirius or XM receiver, which is not part of the radio (available separately).
You would need a Sirius receiver and antenna.
when you guys say it feeds through the ant to the radio does that mean I don't have to hook it to the aux port? and where can I get one at?
You can get them online or at some electronics stores. The module sits in between the FM antenna and the antenna port on the head unit. It's called an FM Direct unit and costs about $25.

What they are referring to is an FM Direct Adapter (Wired Relay). You can get one at TSS-Radio You can also find them on ebay. I have them in three vehicles and my Street Glide. No need to use the AUX port with this setup.
