Awesome write-up. Honestly the windshield buffeting issue with the Roadie was the only reason I have an Ultra Classic now. The "vibrating my eyeballs in my helmet at 65 mph" really didn't sell me on the Roadie with the stock windshield. To be fair and honest, I test rode a Roadie without lowers in '09 when I was bike shopping.

This set-up is similar to what I have on my Ulysses from Palmer Bracket...

Very cool product from Madstad!

Awesome review! I had the Madstad System on my V-Strom, and it was the most turbulance-free bike that I've had. Glad they are moving over to HD's. They work!

Hey Scott, nice write-up on the MadStad system for the RG. I am going to investigate, as it sounds like a great system.
Let me ask you something candidly... are you a paying customer of theirs or did they supply you with one to get some press on your upcoming adventure?

Interesting, I don't have buffeting issues, but I always like looking at and reading about different products.
