Default help sorting out acr wiring

I wired up my acrs in winter but i dont think they are actually working.
Ill try to paste pages1-2-3-5 of instructions and see if anyone interputes them differently than i did
i read them as move 3a wire r/bk to 3e
move 3b gr/rd to 3f
fuel pump move 4a y/gr to 3a
new y/gr to 4a 2nd y/gr to 3b
emc wire in cavity 19 of emc plug -- i will verify Im on right end of plug

I skipped page 4 on instruction- just tells u to put seat back on
the other problem is the hole for electric acr is not over the piston its actually under the head gasket. I filed a groove from pistion dome to acr port after seeing a large milled out one on a head picture in here

hope some one has done this and see's where I screwed up.

Default plus wires

looks like to me the positive wires become a series circuit with the fuel pump circuit and Im guessing the purple wire into ecm is the negative when bile starts u loose the ground.

Thats last thread sounds right. But did you have the computor turned on to make them work. Mine didnt work either until i stopped by the dealer and they hooked up the scanner and turned them on inside the ecm.

Default they are turned on

I should have mentioned they are turned on in se tuner program. even guy on dyno on weekend asked me if they were on . he put a final program on the bike after doing several test runs. started out at 93hp 99tq just doing smart tune runs myself. he got 98 hp and 107 tq. on my 255 cams mva heads, 10.5-1 pistions. probably wanted to do more testing and reloads but my starter was taking a beating

From the instructions:

"You must recalibrate the ECM when installing this kit. Failure to properly recalibrate the ECM can result in severe engine damage. (00399b)

Installation of this kit requires a calibration update using Digital Technician. Failure to download calibration update before starting motorcycle will result in ACR failure. (00567b)"
