Default Installed Cycle Sounds Bagger Audio Speaker Lids

They're pretty freakin loud & they do sound very good. They come with a very small amp which is why I think I can barely hear my front speakers (no amp...yet). Wish I had a fader control on my radio. If anyone knows how I can get one please let me know, thanks!

The install wasn't too difficult. It would have been easier if the directions were a little more detailed & direct. I called customer service twice & they were very helpful.

You'll need to have the lids painted before the install, so take that time to thoroughly read & re-read the directions. I actually laid out the kit several times as a mock up install.

To me, the most difficult part was setting up the lids on the bags. Being careful not scratch anything & trying to get the little stupid fu@#ing grommet into the hole I just drilled into my saddle bag...take your time & be patient!

Sitting still they sound really loud. I CAN NOT put the volume up past half without hurting my ears!

We'll see how they sound at 70mph today.

Btw, thanks to my painter Tom from TJ Autobody on Staten Island...He did a kick *** job on my lids & inner fairing!

I think my problem is that my Booms aren't amp'd so they're getting way overpowered sound wise by the 6x9's. I'm gonna order up a set of Hertz 6.5's & a 4 channel amp. I'll see what they sound like. If the sound is somewhat equal then I'll have another channel on the amp for lower speakers, if not then I'll hook all 4 speakers to the 4 channel amp.

Nice. Mine are en route from AZ, then off to the painter

Luckily, the RF amp came out so the amp and all 4 speakers will compliment each other

Sounds like a plan. Im currently running 6.5" Hertz Hi-Energy speakers in my lowers. I have a JL Audio xd 400/4 amp in the saddle bag and run my system straight from an Ipod. I also just added a JL Audio line convertor.

Here is a link to my thread with pictures. I added a few things and need to update some pictures, but it will give you an idea of what I did. Let me know if you have any questions.

Cost me $375 for the lids & inner fairing. I'm very happy with the results.
