Check the button on the side to see if you are using RCA out or not.

pretty sure that's what he meant. if you have the button set for rca in and are using the high level speaker inputs (or vice versa), that could be your problem.

I have tried the button in both positions and played with the gain and other adjustments and there's nothing.

Send it back and have them check it. I did it for my Rockford Fosgate 300x4 amp and they found that it had a problem, so the company send me back a new one.

Check your input wiring to be sure it is right. Take a voltmeter and check to see if you have voltage to the amp from the radio. If you have input and no out the amp is most likely bad.

Does your bike have one of those SPEAKER toggle switches on the fairing? Any chance you accidentally flipped it? Other things off the top of my head.

Speaker input harness not pushed in all the way
Speaker input harness contacts bent
Bad ground (probably wouldn't get the green light)
In-line fuse blown (probably wouldn't get the green light)
There is a fuse on the amp as well, might check that

Hope you find it and the amp is not bad.

Zach

ps - Just noticed you are in Vancouver (assuming that's Washington). If so, take the amp over to NBA Car Audio. They are an ARC dealer and really nice guys. That's where I bought my ARC stuff. They may be able to bench test it for you.
