Power Commander for 2012's out yet?
|
Looking around no one is listing a power commander v for 2012 bikes. Anyone know if it's the same p/n as the 2011's? I thought i read here that the accesories are the same as 2011, but i could see if the ecm programming changed for 2012.

Pretty sure they are the same. Contact Fuelmoto. I've heard there is a small change to the cams in the 2012 103's. If that's true Fuelmoto may not have a map yet.

Power Commanders aren't made for specific year model bikes. Granted, some should be used for a "year period", like when the Power Commander V came out for bikes made in '09 or later, but even then they can be retro-fitted to fit an earlier year model, such as I had done. They don't make a new Power Commander every year that a new bike comes out. A PCV will be fine for your bike, or if you want Dynojet's latest technology you could get their new Powervision.

Talked to FuelMoto last week and they said there is no difference from the 2011 103". Don't see why it would not work. Just waiting to save up some $ and my bike to be delivered to buy mine!!!
