If you'r runout is less than .003" and you are comfortable with checking and setting the inner and outer gear lash, once you get gears setup right; you will never have to think about tensioners again. Check the Andrews website and find the instructions so you will understand what the installation requires. Most independent shops and dealer techs just take the gears out of the box and install them; if they rotate, they are good to go. Be prepared to buy OS or US gears to get the lash just right if you runout is near .003" or exceeds .003" say to .0035". Inner and outer lash should be between .0001" and .0002". You will need a good dial indicator and patience but, like I said, once done, you are done.
The kit you were looking at included Fueling parts which are, IMHO, over priced. The only thing missing from the American Classic Package is the oil pump. Honestly, your OEM pump will work just fine; I would add the Latus/Baisley pressure relief spring for $12 and forget about it. This spring will slightly increase your oil pressure at low rpm and idle.

However, if you want the oil pump, you can spend another $400 or so and pickup the 25284-11 Hybrid conversion kit and still have less than $1498 in the deal.
