Need advice on 2012 street glide
|
I am new to the Harley world and just bought a new 2012 Harley Street Glide in the custom color tequila sunrise. I just love the bike so far have put on about 400 miles since last Saturday. Completely stock except for a new klok works windshield and a sissybar and backrest with luggage rack. One thing I need help on is we are getting alot of wind from below which causes turbulence around the head. Has anyone put on a set of chrome lowers to help this problem. Not sure what they would look like with the fairing. Any other suggestions to help would be appreciated. Thanks, Randy

A set of air deflectors would help, also I think you mean the chrome deflectors for the forks. They would help also. One other thing,it might be pricey but they are great to have and that's the lower fairings. IMHO those, and the air deflectors you mount to the batwing should be all you need.
