Question EZ-UP center stand

I installed a Wheeldock EZ-Up center stand model # CS-09-L on my 2010 Street Glide, and am a little concerned by how far it hangs down. Have any of you had any bad experiences or horror stories using one of these ? I contacted the owner and he said I would scrape if I rode the bike aggressively or went over speed bumps too fast. The bike is really easy to put up on the stand and it is well made, but the only thing bothering me is the clearance issue.
Thanks for any help or advice.

Mine scraps on Speed bumps if we are 2 up and go over at an angle not straight on. Alone never hits on the same bumps and does not hit in every speed bump.

I had one on my Road Glide Custom which is lowered too , never had any issues , only reason I sold it is I added a true-trak brace that mounts in the same location

I love mine; no issues at all. It will scrap on a speed bump if I am not careful; but usually only if the bump is large. I've put about 15k on the bike since I put it on and have not had any issues in turns; even riding fairly aggressively.

I've had mine for five years, the only problem I had was not picking my feet up right away from a stop and caught my boot on the handle of the stand.Could have broke my ankle,I learned my lesson pretty quick. My feet come up real fast now,no boot dragging.

Had one and hated it. I felt it was unstable, unsafe, and poorly designed.

You won't need a True Trac on the new frame
