How or where can I get the 2009 FLHTP Police supplement manual?

It is just a supplement you still need the Touring Service Manual 99483-09 for everything else.

I already got the 2009 Touring Service Manual (99483-09)
Isn't the 99483-09ESP for the Road King Police or is it the same one for the Electra Glide Police?
