I installed the black SE trim ring on the football yesterday. It fits and looks very good, IMO. I will post a pic later.

It should fit your bike. It adds a bit of color to the right side of the bike, unless your bike is black, then it just adds more black.

 

Hmm, I thought it was only a direct replacement for the older TC88 football covers, that's what I put mine on after I cut it down. The trim ring is narrower on the 07 and newer football covers

yep, here's mine, cut down an 07 older cover. had it for two years on my 09, I get alot of compliments on it. best looking cover i've seen to go with vivid black.

Yes, definately nicer looking than the one ACLazer posted a pic of, and for 7.95 and the cost of an old football cover, a lot of bang for the buck. Ive been running the black HD rain sock on it since the socks were released last year.
