Default harley touring diagnostic connector wire colors

Can anyone confirm the colors of the wires on a touring model diagnostic connector? I've only found this image online and it's actually of a Softail so I don't know if the colors are the same.

The reason why I ask is because when I try connect to this connector on a clients bike I get an error that it can't find the battery power from the plug... and when checking each pin with a circuit tester I'm finding current on pin #1 instead of #4 like on the softail image.

One more thing, does this cable plug in to something or it come out from the main harness? I ask because I want to also check if for any reason this cable was cut and put back together with the wires crossed.

This is the DLC (Data Link Connector) for a 2011 Touring Model. The GY wire in connector #91A position #4 is feed off the "Ignition" Fuse. If this is not what you are looking for then please give the year & model of the bike.

It's a 2013 Roadglide and it has all 4 wires connectors in the DLC. So it's either a different diagram than the one you posted or someone REALLY messed up the wiring there because it has different colors wires too!

Default speaking of the DLC

i was trying to use my SE Pro tuner and it wouldn't read it - so I looked at it and it only had 3 pins - and not finding anything on the net about being able to replace it - is that possible?
thanks

Nice link! Is that available for any other years? I'm working on starting a small business as an Indy and haven't bought all the manuals yet
