Default New cam install spacer size?

'11 FLTRX 96" installed a set of Andrews 48H cams yesterday. Everything went well, so far...My stock rear cam spacer was a .130" aktid35 used a .120 on his '07 RK 96" with the same cams. I bought that spacer but when I checked mine the stock .130 the sprockets were in line. I put the .120 in to double check, and yep I could get a .010 feeler gauge in there. Just wondering if this sounds right? Seems like most other builds everyone has to change to a different size. Thanks!

Different cams (Woods 6-6's) but I was able to use the stock spacers. Bought the shim kit 9with different size spacers) but never used it.

I think every build could be different based on the tolerance build up of your engine versus your buddy's engine.

Last winter me and 3 friends all did a cam job and replaced our cam shoes. 2 out of 4 had the same spacers. All used andrews 21n.

That makes me feel better. We are only talking .010" so I guess they are a little different here and there. I've read where some bikes come with different sizes from the factory, right?
Anyone have anything other then a .130" from the factory?

I am doing the hydraulic tensioner upgrade in my 04. They sell a spacer 'kit' for this job that consists of six different spacers with .010 between them. I think the manufacturing tolerances just aren't that close so you shim to fit. Some need a different spacer, some don't. Not a cause for concern.
