Default Which Motor Mount?

My 07 Ultra is due for a motor mount change. It has 29000 miles and it's time.

Which one would you choose?

1 Glide-Pro

2. Velva Ride

3 Sta-bo

4 Harley OEM

I would like to hear pros and cons for all.

Thanks,

Scott

I went with the Glide-Pro. It takes a few hundred miles to break-in but after that it's been great. A lot less vibration than the Harley OEM mount.

Glide-Pro or Sta-Bo, both have a similar "floating core" design and material.

Pardon the dumb question, but how do you know if they are bad? Before anyone says you will notice more vibration, I purchased the bike in June with 18,000 miles on it. It had some vibration, but I assumed it was because its a Harley.

Look under the voltage regulator on the front of the bike using a flashlight you should see the rubber bushing that is the front motor mount bushing. If you ride your bike hard its most likely going to be worn if not torn. Replacing the bushing is fairly simple and only require basic tools to do it

I have the Glide Pro installed on mine

THe velva ride is rebuildable, the only one that is,around 15 or 20 bucks and it works the same as the other 2.
