Another vote for C&C! They do GREAT work & do (or at least used to) give Forum member discounts!

Very nice combo 07FLHT, looks great together and as a solo set-up. How much did they cost you, if you don't mind?

I went with the corbin classic solo setup. I prefer the hidden hardware look and the fact that I've had several corbin's before. They used some basket weave leather for me to somewhat match the Road King Classic.

That looks excellent with the basketweave leather.

I bought a used Corbin classic solo and ended up selling it. My butt was too wide for it, where it curved around to support the legs jammed into my leg badly enough that I hated it after 2-3 hours of riding. I suppose if I had one custom made for me it would've been better but I couldn't stomach the cost of a new one.

I now have a Mustang vintage super solo, it was fine on the one longer trip I've taken. But it doesn't look as nice as the Corbin...

Thanks! All the peices are leather, with the vinyl Ostrich inlays. All the peices, solo seat with backrest, passenger pillion, sissybar pad & fender bib was about a grand as I remember. All & all not too bad for custom work. Super top notch craftmanship! I have gotten more compliments on the seat stuff than any other single upgrade on the bike!

alhall88 - Love the setup, it looks great! Which lay-down plate bracket are you using?
