Another bagger goes under the knife!!
Just started my final phase of my winter mods this year. In December and January I tore down the motor and built a 124" and just to keep you 120R guys on your toes, I added a 35 shot of nitrous!
Here are a couple pics of the motor build up.
Back in the bike. S&S 4-5/8" crank
T-Man 662-2 Gear drive cams
Zippers 60mm air cleaner backing plate with built in nitrous nozzle
Screamin Eagle 110 Heads ported and milled with new guides
Custom logo plates made. Might change these, not too crazy about the font.

And now for the Knife part.
I know many of you guys are not crazy about big wheel bikes....well, save your breath, you couldnt save me if you wanted to! I'm young, dumb, crazy, stupid.......What ever you want to call it....I just cant leave **** alone! I like em, so I'm gonna build it!
I'm doing a 7* neck and 7* tree and going to run a 23" wheel. I wanted to do a 26", but decided to stick with the 23" since I do a lot of two up riding and this sucker is gonna be ridden hard when the wife is at home. It will also visit the drag strip as often as my schedule allows!
The kit comes with a template to mark where you have to cut. After cutting the neck off, I cleaned the paint off around the areas to be welded. Then fit up the neck and checked it to make sure it was square and proper angle. Then tack welded it up. After tacking it up, I welded it up in 1-2" sections at a time working my around it to keep the heat spread out.
FYI, the blue tarp is to keep my work benches from getting covered in metal dust from all the cutting. Later it will serve as a make shift paint booth once the neck is all filled in and ready for paint.
