Ah ha moment.
I am considering upgrading my cam. Did all of the reading, asked a lot of questions here and had decided on the cam for me based on my riding style.
Currently on '11 Limited 103, with stage 1 completed; ride 2up about 50% of the time, usually shift around 2500, like to cruise between 2500-3000rpm.
So my thinking was the SE255 "right"? Well I kept reading from you guys how you hate that cam b/c it dies around 4000rpm. I thought who cares, I don't ride in that range - but then it hit me. I'm in sixth going about 80mph/3000rpm and want to pass, right now she has a little left (but I want more in this situation - thus the new cam), so I twist on coming from 3000rpm w/ the 255 there's not much of anything left.
Is this why the 204, TW222 or Andrews 48 cams are better?

I will leave recommendations for a cam to others, but recommend you use more revs. Peak torque is around 4,000rpm and you will find your bike has a lot more giddy-up around there! In fact you will be fine up to 5,000rpm - well worth investigating.....
There a couple of HDF sponsors who are engine builders and would probably love the opportunity to help you really boost performance - perhaps porting heads, raised compression, serious cams - that will certainly do what you want.

I have the 255 and like it. I don't feel it die at 4000, but maybe it does on a dyno, not sure. Never had it dyno'd, just use the map Jamie at FM gave me with my power vision.
I like low end torque. I typically don't pass people that are runnin 80 tho. That's my top freeway speed, I'm more typically setting the cruise at 75.
Hope that helps

SE 255's and Woods are the preferred cams for the herd(s).
However, there are many different grinds.
FYI; Cyclerama makes only one. period. The 575.
That's how sure they are of theirs.
American Bagger(latest edition) shows installaton of Feulng's new one, the 543(looks very promising)(Feuling stuff is very under-rated) which is between the 525 which I have and the 574, which is more of a mid range cam.
Had I not talked to Frank Drago and some guys in my area who have experience with the cam that I currently have, I probably would have went with the cyclerama 575 set. FWIW.
