Here are a few choices. I don't remember where I got mine but they are very similar to the Sumax liners. Held in place with Velcro along the upper edge.

I have a set of the liners in my 2010 Road Glide. Nice fit, no rattles, maybe a bit expensive, but when I'm out and pick something up, I don't have to make sure to wrap it before putting it in the bag.
Only downfall is my wife got me a set of the hard luggage that fit in the saddlebags. I like the luggage, but have to remove the liner when I ride with the luggage.

I'm gonna give it a good. Figure if I don't like it I'm out less than $20. Worth it to try and safe $130. Just left Walmart. $8.88 for the carpet and $6 for a can of spray glue. I'll snap a few pics as I go....unless its a disaster. Lol.

Op, I went to WalMart and bought a roll of auto replacement carpet for about $10. I removed the lids and made patterns of each side of the saddlebag (5 total counting the bottom) and then cut the carpet to the pattern. Using contact glue, glued each piece to the sides of the bag trimming to fit. It took me an afternoon to complete but only cost me the $10. I had the glue already. It made a huge difference and looks great.

Please mask off the outside of your bags! I'm sure you know this, but the overspray from the spray glue can make a mess of your paint job. I used the glue in a can and it was still hard to keep it from making a mess of things. Good luck!
