Use it all the time. Have heated gloves. I never change the fuse yet. Bought adapter. Need to go from charger two pin to single plug. Schaffers Hd in Pa. has them. If not any BMW dealer will.
Warm hands. Gloves are great. bought them at Motor Cycle show in New York. Coming up this January.

I was going to use the SAE connector, but thank god I was talked into using the coax connection. The SAE is a very good connector, actually too good. Step off you bike and forget to disconnect and the SAE connector is capable of tearing a hole or worse in your liner/jacket. On the other hand, the coax simply unplugs itself without damage to your gear. I'm always forgetting to disconnect so the coax without doubt has saved my heated liner, yesterday was the latest time it did.

I have the old style Gerbing connector on my OO Standard and have used the Gerbing plug in without a problem. I know they have a different plg now but my old one has the same connector as the Gerbing clothing. Never changed or blew a fuse/ I have only needed to use the system about 6 times though.
