Question Official effect of FLHPI 2005

I have recently imported a Road King Police FLHPI year 2005 to Sweden. Since jan 1 this year the authorities have changed the rules for imported bikes. I you're about to register your imported bike in Sweden you must show any type of official document showing the effect of the engine on the specific model and year.
I have tried to google the information nad I have to say I'm a little bit surprised that I'm unable to find ANY published information ANYWHERE showing this figure. Is that possible!? Not a single person in the whole world have had the interest of putting that information on the net. Giving you can find the recipe of how to make a bomb. Any type of weird other information is easy to find but not the number of horse powers in my bike.
If any kind soul out there have this information of either how to find it or maybe even is able to share a document or something showing this I would be forever greatful!

Pleas help anyone!

Welcome to HD Forums!

There may be some information in old brochures showing advertised torque figures, but HD never publishes horsepower figures.

Is there a dyno tuner near you? Perhaps he can do a few pulls for you and give you a dyno sheet.

A full tune near me costs $500, but just a HP run costs $75.

Twin Cam 88 engines - Manufactured starting in 1999. The Twin Cam gets its name from the fact that it has two cams in the crankcase to activate the valves. At 88 cubic inches (1,450 cc) of displacement it produces 80 horsepower. The engine remains air-cooled, and uses overhead valves activated by pushrods. The 88B version of the engine, which came out in 2000, contains counterbalancing shafts to reduce engine vibration.
