My RG has Accutronics forward controls and I scrape them all the time, no big deal, and yes the "war dept." hates it when I do it. Normally it happens when I'm canyon crawling in the mountains...

You can prevent scraping the floorboards and mounts on the right side by installing a set of VH Dresser Duals on the bike. At least that's what I've discovered on my FLTRX - lots of "character" on the bottom of the heat shield. On the left side, it's the floorboard mount that lets me know how much fun I'm having!

HD designed that into the bikes as a meter, or a gauge telling you...That's far enough.

I raised my footboards to the upper position, which helps a little, but I still drag them regularly.

If you're not dragging your footboards from time to time, you're not excercising the full capacity of your scoot.

It is righteous, brother, and amen. So where've you been hiding lately? I assume you've been hard at work on that 107 build.

Thanks for the replies guys, This bike is brand new to me and quite a bit of coin and I intend on keeping it for a very long time so I just wanted to be sure something wasn't set up incorrectly.
I have ridden sportbikes my whole life and am coming off of an '07GSXR 750 and have no problem laying it down in the turns, but its a whole different story on a 875lb, $23,000+ full dresser at 60mph. Kinda brings new meaning to "the pucker factor" the first time it happens.
I will say though I like how solid it feels in the turns like that
