Exclamation PCV, screamin' eagle intake and VH monster ovals

New member as of today looking for some help. I ride a 2011 Road King stock 96 cu in. Just installed screamin' eagle intake, Vance and Hines monster oval slip ons with PCV. Downloaded the map as suggested from Dynojet and am getting a lot of deceleration pop. Any suggestions on tweaking the map to eliminate the popping? Thanks for any help offered.

The deceleration pop could be from an air leak. Are you sure you have the slipons secured tightly?

Im sure they can supply you with a slighty altered map, if you describe to them exactly whats happening. Fuel Moto is a top shop when it comes to EFI Tuners, im sure if you contacted them, theyd be happy to help.

Nothing like some time on a dyno to get your tune dialed in, FuelMoto should help too.

I would double check what map you downloaded. I don't see a map on the PC web-site for your configuration.

I downloaded map 15-011-003 which looked to be the closest but agree there is nothing that matches the VH Monster Ovals. I checked all connections and have no intake or exhaust leaks.

Nope, fuelmoto will not jump in if they didn't sell him the PCV. They don't want the liability of a product they didn't sell or originally map. He's going to have to deal directly with Dynojet.

The 15-011-003 is for an 09 model.
Is is not supposed to work for an 11 model.

I believe that you need maps for

Part Number: 1020-1121
Fitment: 2010-2012 FLHT/FLHX/FLHR/FLTR, but then you probably know that..

After making sure there are no exhaust leaks.....

Open the map.
In the 0% throttle column between 1750 - 5000 rpm increase the values by 15.
If that doesn't work go to 25.
You can go all the way up to 40 or even slightly higher.
Good luck.
