I wonder how loud it is - my Buell sounded like an airplane getting ready for takeoff every time I slowed down or stopped. It worked - no question there, but it was LOUD.

Depends on what you want to cool....your oil or your heads? An oil cooler(Ultra cool, or any other) ain't going to keep your heads cool. The Force Flow, LeNale, the one fabrik8ter is making, are to keep your heads cool.

The low amount of oil that flows to the heads(via the pinholes in the pushrods), and where in the heads it goes once there, insures that head temp will be little affected by oil temp. It'd be like pissing on the sun.

I have the wards parts werks fcs and love it. It's looks good, works great, and half the price and size of the jims

Just finished install on my black road glide custom. I used the black fan,the fan body is cast aluminum so it has some weight to it but not bad. Looks very good on bike. If cools as Jims says it does I will be very happy. May be a while before I can try it out---snowed in.
