I wanted a backrest for a trip coming up this week. I tried a Mustang, but since I have a CVO seat on a non-CVO bike, it wouldn't work. And they didn't much seem to care. I heard the HD backrest pushed you forward and I didn't want that. So I thought I'd try Utopia. I sent Bob at Utopia an email explaining my seat situation. He was extremely helpful and provided outstanding customer service. Here's a shot of the backrest on the bike. It seems comfortable, and I'll know for sure after my trip this coming week.
