I went a little different route and used my 05 Timken cases and built one from the ground up. So far I can't think of any cons and it sure as hell is a lot of fun to ride.

        120"
        4-5/8" crank (welded/trued/balanced)
SE 110 heads by Don (Dewey's Heads) @ 10.5 comp
Doherty intake with Zippers Max-Flo filter
        Bandit Sportsman clutch
        HPI 58mm throttle body W/HPI 5.3gps injectors
        Dragula 2-1

I haven't bothered to check yet as I'm twisting the throttle so much it wouldn't give a real picture. Once I settle down I'll check it and report back.

        Thanks,

I had a bad experience with a twisted crank on my former 98" so I wasn't going to take any chances with this one. As I did all of the work myself it was cheaper for me to go this way. I originally was going to use the MVA heads but it was cheaper to go with the reworked 110's. These now have better components (valves, guides etc.) and they flow better.

I'm tuning it with a TMAX so don't know when it will see a dyno. I may do it sometime just for kicks.

Who would be the preferable folks to acquire this beast through?
HD here in Ottawa wanted $10K just for the crate + install etc.
