Twin Cam 88 cam tensioner
Looks like I will be installing a set of Andrews gear driven cams.
What would you do?

I put in the screamin' eagle hydraulic tensioner kit...plus S&S 510 cams Works incredibly good without the gear wine.

I did the SE hydraulic tensioner upgrade. If you're going to upgrade, that is what I would suggest.

61k, thats prettty darn good! was the picture the outer or inner shoe?

It's the outer shoe, its a 2000 EGC and the bike has 30k miles (50k kilometers)

Looks a heck of a lot better than mine did at 20.000 miles. Get a small dental mirror and see what the inner one looks like. You have options. Go back with the stock tensioners, and check again @ 25,000 more miles, upgrade to hydraulic tensioners, or go with the cams and gear drive. Also may want to upgrade those inner cam bearings to a set of torrington bearings while you're in there.
