If I twist the throttle on my '09 FLHTPI too far closed, ie past the normal 'stop' I get weird electrical things happining, criuse light comes on, I don't have cruise, check engine light and code for TBW. I find as well, if I blip the throttle just before shut off, it will idle high the next few starts. If this happins, you can turn the switch on and off 3 times to reset the idle to normal. I now am careful to not twist below the normal stop, and the bike is fine. hope this helps.

The other thing when I got it back was that all my tuning to the SERT was gone and I think the SERT went into test mode.
Anyone else have the throttle lag (hesitation) issues?
When Dealer replaced the ECM Had a horrible Lag until installed the Power Vision and the Local Tuner worked his magic on it .. Now the Throttle responds damn near as good as my carbed EVO

Do a search on the forum for bulletin # TT418A. It may point to the problem.
