Default 2003 FLHTI Cam Bearings?

Greetings!
I own a 2003 FHLTI with about 52,000 miles. I've noticed for a while a noise coming from the bottom end of my engine. I can especially hear it when I turn off the engine. It sounds like loose ball bearings coming to rest.

My question:
Does the cam bearing / tensioner failure apply to my bike as well? I have good oil pressure. Will HD provide any support for this issue? Obviously no warranty is left.

I also would like to know if I should go with Andrews 37G or 26G geared cams instead of factory replacement parts? Will the HD P/N's 24984-99 or 17045-99A apply to my bike?

Thanks for help!
1st HD and bought brand new!

Default RE: 2003 FLHTI Cam Bearings?

Have you ever had your cam chain tensioners checked.? From what I have seen on this forum they are still a problem and the factory will probably not help. I own an 01 Ultra and mine where worn about have way through with about 39000. My cams also had bad pitting and wear.I am going back with S & S 510g cams. Hope to have it back together this week.
