Default FLHTK Heated grips wiring

I switched out my handlebars and now the heated grips are not heating up. I am not sure if I wired them up correctly and I did not take pictures before I started. (Lesson learned) I also found a heavy gauge wire with a white connector not connected.

So is the wiring connected in the picture correct?

Also everything else if working normal.

Also which fuse is for the heated grip? My power outlet in the tour pack still has power so I do not think it is the acc fuse.

I think the connector goes to the other grip, but not sure.Pretty sure there are no unused connectors.

I do not think the connectors are connected correctly. I didn't remove the wires from the connectors to pull them through the bars. The throttle side has two 2-wire connectors. The clutch side has one 2-wire commctor. There is one two 2-wire connector in the fairing. I think the clutch side connects to the throttle side and then the other commctor on the throttle side connects to the on inside the faring. Looked in the service manual but the picture is of course black and white and cannot tell the wire colors.

Call me 703 346 2481

left goes to left - right goes to right.

look down by your headlamp, heated grips connector is the longest and falls towards the lamp.

Figured out one problem. Forgot about the plug for the heated grip inside the throttle. Doh!! Once I fixed that I figured out the wiring and have everything working now. Now all I need to do is button it up but DAMN it is HOT in the garage!!
