Default New Bars T.B.W bike wont start! Help Please

Hey guys,

So I just pulled the front end apart doing fork legs, new 10" bars and sound system.
Got everything back in place left the outer fairing off and started testing, I have turn signals, the fuel pump kicks on, the check engine light goes off, and when I hit the start button it turns over it just wont run, it just turns and turns.

I have a few more items getting powder coated like levers and stupid stuff, my buddy said try the clutch button, I did and still nothing. I still have the radio off and outer fairing off, would that make a difference?

Oh yes and B.T.W I checked all pins colors going into connector. the only thing I cant see is the T.B.W cause its in the bar, the green connector was cut off and wires were soldered, hopefully its something stupid before it has to come apart!

Thanks in advance you guys rock!!!! HELP

Yes bike was in Nuetral, wires look good I have not pulled them from bars, trying to troubleshoot. pulling wires will be last resort.
I will look at the fuses!

Sounds like a DYI turned nightmare, take your time and retrace every wire something in the process came undone.

There is also a small plug at the end of right hand grip you have to pull the end cap to see it. look at that. I don't think it's the clutch button if it were it may not crank (turn over).

Are you sure that all the wires are in all the way? One might have looked all the way in and slipped a little when you connected the two plugs.
