I used to have a set of 3.5 inch Rineharts and I pulled the baffles out of them and then installed Big City Thunder Monster baffles. They were loud but I liked them! Since then, I've moved on to 4 inch Rineharts. I also pulled these baffles but put the high flow Rineharts baffles back in...I think they are 2.5 inch baffles. They are great!

Dude, pull the baffles and take a cutting wheel and cut two V's on oposite sides and bend them in (looks like the old beer can opener) -- I did 4 on mine -- 2 V's at the front an 2 at the end. The steel is soft enough to bend them open or closed more to what ever your looking for. Cheap and it works..

My Rinehart TD's have a baffle chirpping noise, anyone else have this? I'm going to pull'em and get the Big City Thunder ones, heard it's a great combo.

Interesting "v" idea! What did it do for sound and power? Unterested in deeper louder sound but dont wanna loose torque.
