I've been told that it sits you back further from the bars. True?
did you buy a new seat or did you use the one off your 2012 ?

I have a 2014 Hammock on my new Ultra Classic; it seems a bit taller and further back as some have reported (it's been a while since I sat on a stock '14 seat, and I have yet to ride this Ultra; can't offer a lot of comment on comfort yet) - frankly, it's not a lot different in position than what I remember of the seat on my limited, save that it's "cushier" and seems to lock me in one spot (I'm hopeful it works out).

Can I help you by taking any measurements or something? Let me know...

Does anyone know if the 2014 Hammock will fit a 2010?
The new seat looks lower and looks like it will sit you back some

Don't know if it will fit - the passenger part is wider & may rub on rear speaker pods?

It doesn't move you back as much as the older version. I have a 2014 Hammock that I took off my '14 TK after about 4kmi. Just couldn't stand it any longer. It put pressure on the bottom of my inner thighs & crowded the jewels. Never bothered my butt, just was never really comfortable.

Could be easily talked into selling it; I replaced it with a Danny Gray Airhawk Longhaul.

I have a 13 and a 14 seat. They are on my 13 Road Glide and my 14 limited. I have switched them back and forth between bikes. the 13 sits a little lower and farther back, the 14 has more padding around the outside edges. Just from sitting on them the 14 seems like it gives more support and is softer but I havent done any long rides on it yet.

Any chance of a picture with the 14 seat on your 13? Does it have a tour pack?

I have the 14 hammock seat on my 14 Ultra Limited and it is way more comfortable. Seems to sit a little farther back. 1st trip, I had regular seat for a 400 mile ride. Literally a pain in the hind end. Second trip - had the hammock seat for a 400 mile ride. Way better. Cut my rest stops from once every 90 or so miles to once every 150-180 miles.

As for the old lady, she hasn't spent enough time on either to comment on her comfort.
