I have a 09 RK that I bought new and installed a Hammock seat. Great seat, but at 26000 miles I need to have it repaired or replaced due to the foam has lost its support. I would buy another one. I weigh 220lbs. My friend has a 09 RK with the same problem and he weighs 190lbs.

About 25k on my hammock and think it needs to be replaced. Love it. Don't need the big pass section so may send new one or old one to C&C and have that narrowed out. 5'11" 205
Just completed a 7212mi trip in 17 days. 1k in one day.

We have a 2010 Triglide. Wife is has tailbone issues. Stock seat is starting to bother her. Today we went to HD shop. They said the Hammock is their #2 seller, #1 is the Zeppelin Air adjustable. They gave us a demo loaner on the Hammock. gonna have it a few days no charge. On a quick 1 hour ride it was comfortable for me and she liked it. Will try again tomorrow. Next weekend gonna go back and swap for demo Zeppelin Air adjustable.

Put a Hammock on my 2010 FLHTK great seat but the seams on top opened up after a short time. That and my pillion tended to slide forward into my back. But over extremely rough roads its the best seat.

Some may not like it as it may feel mushy at first, but you can crank on the miles with an airhawk better than any other design short of a custom made seat.

How'd that seat work out for you?
