Default Freedom Performance Exhaust

There have been any number of posts about Freedom Performance Exhaust headers, 2-1 headers and mufflers, but I'm looking for specifics on the American Outlaw full system. It looks like a conventional true dual system with front pipe going all the way back on the right side and the rear pipe going over to the left side, the old way (not under the frame).

My questions to those that have them or have experience with them are:

1. What about the heat on the left side? Seems like the passenger left leg is going to get real hot.

2. Quality - any quality issues?. Chrome good? Fitment issues?

3. Sound - good sound, deep bark, rumble as opposed to the tinny whap whap sound on some pipes??

I'm thinking about putting these on my 2012 Road King (FLHR) and would like some feedback. My indy swears they are the best, but he didn't have one in the shop that I could see or hear. I really like the clean look.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same questions and no one really chimed in so I hope you get some answers for both of us.

I have the freedom performance true duals, american out laws. I love them they have the best deep bass sound, I also run the cobra fi2000 pro and the bike runs real cool. I think they are the best sounding exhaust out..
