Default Boom! Audio XM Radio Parts?

Has anyone been able to get replacement parts from Boom Audio? They make the internal XM Satellite Radio for Harleys with the Harmon Kardon radio, among other things.

I need a new antenna connector for my Boom! Audio XM radio. It's the pink plastic thing with a black rubber grommet that the XM antenna connects to. The grommet got worn out. I found a phone number for Boom Audio in Binghampton NY and left a message. Hope they are the same guys and can sell me just that part. Don't want to but the entire radio again.

The grommet got worn out because a mechanic at the Harley dealer pulled it out instead of pulling just the antenna out, when he was replacing the Harmon Kardon radio. If he had just removed the antenna bracket he could have removed the XM radio without disconnecting the antenna. He must not have known the pink connector on the XM antenna actually disconnects from the pink connector on the raidio, so he just yanked the whole damn thing out, and forgot to put it back in. So once it was pushed back in the grommet was never the same. I have tried taping it down with electrical tape but it still shakes loose.

Bottom line, has anyone else gotten parts from Boom Audio?

Boom Audio is just a Harley designation for their audio components.
What you found is a local stereo shop.
