Has anybody ever noticed a pretty rough vibration when the engine rpm is coming down to idle a 1500 rpm with a 103?
I even notice this rough vibration when revving the engine in neutral and as the rpm's come down through 1500 rpm's I can feel this engine vibration.

 

Yup, I got that too.. Sometimes it's worse and sometimes I don't notice it.

Weird. Translation into Harley Davidson dealer parlance : oh, that's normal. Doesn't feel normal though.

God I love the sound of the Merlin.. Nothing else like it.

 

Normal, unfortunately. Both of mine do it, so I just never slow down!
