...hmmm.
the warranty could be worthwhile- otherwise that is high mileage and a high price for a 2 year old bike.
the local dealer when selling off the rental bikes has a 2 year warranty- something to do with that they were never "titled" to a private owner...
remember nobody treats a rental nice- esp if they feel the rates are a rip off- they run the crap out of it
for comparo my 2009 EG Classic sec/cruise/abs/paint cost me $15K. 14 months old, 5000 miles.

Sounds like a really good price, I'm sure some of the miles are hard but a lot of them are easy I would bet. I lived in Hawaii for 5 years and rode with renters, all of them took it easy, most not wanting to wreck and lose their deposit, some just weren't comfortable and took it easy and the bikes I saw were maintained really well. If it was a sport bike I would run, but most don't treat a EG like one because it would be pointless. With that said I'm still not sure I would buy it, but it would be worth a good look for sure.

Most folks get after these bikes anyway don't they? I know I run mine pretty hard most of the time and unless they've been crashed or dumped and skinned up which would be pretty obvious I doubt they're beat up too much internally. Price seems low for asking price around here for the same model.
