Default Installed some 2" full sac baffles in my CVO mufflers video

So i got a set of 2" full sac baffles. I figure i would video the install for anyone else looking to do this to there mufflers. I think the mufflers themselves are great looking 4" slipons. You can pick these up pretty cheap like 150 bucks or even cheaper. Then then throw some full sac baffles and your good to go. Pretty easy install. I would say about an hour start to finish.

Thanks for posting the vid.I've been thinking about doing this too,but figured it would be a pain in the butt process. So,how do you like the sound with the new baffles installed? Is there anything you can compare it to,are they loud, nice rumble, etc?

I have to say they are alot quieter than i expected. But then again i am running the stock headpipe with cat. Also Steve from full sac said if you dont used the fiberglass insualation it will be louder. I will over the winter swap for a catless headpipe which should make it a little louder. I will be making a video of the bike idling when i get a chance. It has a deeper idle and when you throttle hard it sounds good. If i were to do it over again i would get the 2.25" baffle.

Default Rush or FullSac

Has anyone here used the Rush baffles as replacement baffles in their 4" CVO mufflers?

Also, what are the deminsions of the FullSac baffles?

I always opt for using Fullsac screens when installing their baffles in CVO cans.Much deeper sound at idle.

Hey pontiac69...I know this original thread is from almost 4 1/2 years ago but it just got revived again. Did you ever end up making the video with the catless headpipe? I have the catless headpipe on my 12 and am seriously considering the CVO/Fulsac combo slip-on route. Would love to hear this setup.
