Default Wind Deflectors

If you have the fork mounted wind deflectors, how do you like them?

I got Jescontrols, the ones made for the Kuryakyn spot lamps and turn signal unit. They take away about 90% of the wind that was coming from between my lowers and the fairing. Work great !

I have the Chrome USA made ones from Ebay and they work really well.
I had to bend them a bit where they hit the tank and the engine guards both sides, it was pretty easy to bend them though.
They do a great job.

I have set on my SG that I recently purchased. They work great but the finish sucked and they were obviously used and sold as new. I don't know why I shouldn't trash the company that sold them to me here, but I won't say their name in this thread. If you want to know who they are you can PM me.

I picked up a pair used a year ago, and I can't tell for sure too much of a real difference. I would like to think they do a bit of something, but with passing lights, theirs not much showing of the deflector to do much. Every little bit can help riding through the winters like I do. It has to be pretty dammed cold for me not to ride. I have more than enough clothing for the cause. (-:

I've put wind deflectors on 4 Heritages and 2 RK's and they do make a difference in deflecting the wind off of the rider and also enhance the looks of the bike's front end, especially if you have the chrome lowers.

I would have put them on my 2000 Ultra but I opted for the lights and brake rotor covers and the wind deflectors are not compatible.

I would like to have a set on my 2013 CVO S/E Ultra IF they are available.

My biggest concern is with the newer bikes running hot and don't want to compound the problem.

I ran mine this summer with them on and didn't have and problems with the limp mode going on or big changes when I checked the head and oil temps with a lazer on real hot days. I was worried about that myself.
